- Purpose of the website: The goal of the website is to provide up-to-date information about cross-country routes, offer tips on equipment for cross-country runners and allow users to share their own reports on tracks. The website also provides advertising space for partners related to cross-country equipment.
- User contributions: Users can add their own reports and information about the cross-country routes via the form. The user is fully responsible for the accuracy and the current nature of the shared data.
- Liability: VeStope.cz is not responsible for the accuracy of the information published by users. In case of disputed content, the administrator has the right to remove the content.
- Forbidden content: It is strictly prohibited to add inappropriate content containing offensive or false information that is not related to the topic of running routes.

The VeStop Guide and Improving Response
The question and the necessary context are processed to create an answer. Chat runs on Netlify services, summary statistics stores Supabad and when the AI is on-line with selected portal documents, it processes Cloudflare Workers AI. Cloudflare states that the normal requirements of the Workers AI after processing do not preserve and use them to train their models; operational data can be processed according to the terms of the service. Due to the infrastructure of these providers can be processed outside the European Economic Area; before starting the content evaluation we verify and publish specific transmission guarantees and the current setting of the regions.
Current status: now we store only monthly aggregated figures according to the thematic category, type of response and flag of the question correction. The texts of conversations are not stored in these summaries.
Planned monthly evaluation: Before starting it, we want to complete and document the assessment of legitimate interest and publish final information. The contributions containing the recognised sensitive data may not be included in the evaluation in the short term. It is also data that can remain personal data in some cases. Access to them will be limited to managing the portal and processors needed for operation. The evaluation will be done once a month; after the creation of the review the individual records will be deleted, no later than 45 days after the acquisition. It will remain a summary and suggestions for editing content, searching and instructions chatbot. Chat will not be used for advertising profiling or for automatic decision-making of visitors and its conversation.
The proposed legal basis of the planned evaluation is a legitimate interest in improving the accuracy and clarity of the guide. The site itself is not considered to be a consent. - What data and why we process: The range of data depends on the function used. It may be data entered when creating an account, login to a course, sending a report, demand or message and the technical data needed to secure and operate the web. We use it to provide selected functions, manage accounts and reservations, manage reports and protect services. We do not use data to target advertising based on the content of chat queries.
- Legal reasons: According to a specific function, it may be a performance of a contract or steps before it is concluded, a legal obligation to fulfil, a consent where required, or a legitimate interest of the administrator after assessing the necessity and impact on the rights of the user. - Service and security providers: We use Netlifes (hosting and server functions), Supabad (database and selected backend functions) and Cloudflare Workers AI (chat-boot answers, if AI is enabled) for the operation of the portal. These providers process data only to the extent necessary for their services and according to the relevant contracts and settings. The data can also be accessed by the website management; data can be made available to public authorities if required by law.
- Storage time: We only keep the data for the time required for the purpose and for the possible legal obligations or protection of legal claims. Times vary according to function; special time of retention of chat records is given above. Individual chat records are not yet stored.
